18K (750/oo) yellow gold and silver (800/oo) brooch-pendant, set with scrolls and embellished with plant motifs set with rose-cut diamonds, holding a probably fine drop pearl (diameter approx. 4 mm), in the center an oval cameo on two-tone agate depicting a nymph playing with a butterfly (tiny missing parts). XIX° period. The metal pin is a later addition; the back is broken. Dimensions: approx. 53 x 30 mm. Gross weight: 14.5 g.
