An XI model infantry saber known as Briquet.
Brass mounting, handle with 28 grooves, hilt branch hallmarked "PC" and "D" in a hexagon. Flat-backed curved blade stamped "C" in a hexagon and "Pradier". Leather scabbard with two brass fittings (worn leather).
