First separate edition of the study, most of which was published in 1903 in the 'Revue du droit public et de la science politique' (vol. XIX, pp. 193-213). - Very rare. Currently only available as a reprint. - Staples somewhat rusty, paper minimally browned. - Mounted on the flyleaf: Business card of Dr. Franz Liszt (1851-1919, Professor of Law), eh. Letters from John Bassett Moore (1860-1947, professor at Columbia University, judge) and Thomas Erskine Holland (1835-1926, British jurist), each with a personal note. Thanks to Huberich for sending the study, eh. Letter from Ferdinand Laraude (1854-1943, Revue du droit public) regarding the publication of Huberich's article. - The letters partly dusty, somewhat stained and with small losses.
