Contains: 2 pp. on 1 double sheet of laid paper with congratulations on moving into his new home and the announcement of his later arrival with 2 gentlemen at the building site. - The country house built in 1904-1905 for Hermann von Seefeld in Berlin-Zehlendorf was designed by Muthesius. - Postcard from a cure in cold and coughing Marienbad with message on his return. - Some browning due to paper. - Overall well preserved. 2 handwritten letters signed by the German architect (1861-1927) to ministerial director Hermann von Seefeld in Berlin. - Overall well preserved.
