Lacquered and gilded wood sculpture Depicting a standing steward holding an offering box. Dressed in a long red robe, he holds a long scarf in one hand and an offering box in the other. Height: 40 cm (missing headdress, some lacquer wear) Provenance: French private collection, the statues of divinities were acquired from antique dealers and private individuals in Ho-Chi-Minh and Hanoi by the father of the current owners, who was stationed in South Asia between 1992 and 1996.
