Orders follow for General Lagrange, instructions relating to the appointment of an engineering officer to direct this weapon in the reserve corps. The Emperor ordered the King of Westphalia (Jérôme Bonaparte) to direct the regiment to Hanau of the Grand Duchy of Berg.
