1822 dragon-type flintlock rifle, unidentified model, probably privately made in Saint-Étienne, barrel stamped on the left side with Saint-Étienne and numbered: "17" (possibly 1817), signed below: "BROSSARD - ROSET".
ROSET", length 97.3 cm, caliber 17.5 mm; 1816 artillery rifle lock, length 144 mm; all brass fittings except iron trigger guard and clappers; cheeked walnut stock, unmarked; overall length 136 cm.
(Missing mouthpiece pin and ramrod; a repaired wood chip above the rear of the lock).
It is presented with a bayonet.
