O.), founded by Queen Victoria on September 5, 1886, with four vermeil branches, enameled white, enameled gilt metal centers, reverse with King George V's cypher, with ribbon and fastening; presented in its black morocco case, blue velvet interior, from the firm: "GARRARD & C° 24 Albemarle St London"; width 41.5 mm, gross weight 35 g. Period, Great Britain, first third of the 20th century. Very good condition.
