Rare knight's cross of the Royal Order of the Two Sicilies from the time of Ferdinand IV of Bourbon, gold half-size, red enameled branches, surmounted by a fleur-de-lys and an articulated royal crown, enameled gold three-piece centers, on the obverse a fleur-de-lys and around the inscription: "FELICITAT. REST. X. K. J. MDIIICXV", on the reverse a running horse, above the Crinacrie and, around the motto: "FERDI. BORBO. UTRIUS. SICIL. R. P. F. A."; blue ribbon; width 26 mm, height 39 mm, gross weight 5.6 g.
