Bonheur du jour in the Louis XVI style, in wood veneer and marquetry with foliate friezes and foliate scrolls, opens to the top with two leaves decorated with polychrome porcelain plaques in the Sèvres style depicting gallant scenes, set in a gilt bronze frame of pearls and knotted ribbons, lower part with retractable top, opens with a drawer in the waistband, resting on four sheath feet. Chased ormolu trim: female bust falls, fruits, angles, moldings, sabots. Red marble top.
