Chrome-plated metal cage with beveled glass and chrome-plated back. White enameled dial with Roman numerals marked ATMOS/Pendule perpétuelle, patented by J-L. Reutter, Made in France, blued steel Breguet-type hands (repairs). Engineer Jean Léon Reutter designed the first model in 1928.
