A strip of antique lace from Valenciennes (France) in the shape of a flounce. Off-white lace decorated with vegetal motifs based on flowers and leaves that are repeated throughout the lace. It is a piece to finish off the lower edge of a larger textile, as a skirt or cape. Good preservation. Measurements: 475 x 6.5 cm.
