An Attic figurine in the form of a slithering snake made of terracotta and decorated with black glaze. The impressive realism which the figurine captures would mean the piece had a totemic value in Greek society. This piece is accompanied by a historical report from Alessandro Neri, an international Cultural Heritage expert based in Florence, Italy.
