For the “RICARD 3.0” project, which includes the sale of this lot, the Ricard brand is collaborating with Neïl Beloufa and the ebb.global studio. This project, which reinvents the way Ricard is served through a unique object integrating Web3 technologies and offering an interactive way of preparing Marseille pastis, is a way of perpetuating the pioneering and creative heritage, as well as the commitment, of the brand's founder, Paul Ricard. A native of Marseilles, he was always proud to represent the land where he and his brand were born. He was therefore firmly committed to protecting the environment of Provence. As such, this project supports Marseille and its natural environment, so dear to Paul Ricard, since a donation corresponding to the proceeds from sales of this service object will be made to Clean My Calanques, a Marseilles-based association working to preserve the Phocaean city. Contemporary artist and filmmaker Neïl Beloufa is renowned for his video installations, technological devices and various solo exhibitions in France and abroad. His exhibitions include the Palais de Tokyo in Paris (2013-2018), MoMA in New York (2016), K11 in Shanghai (2014), Hangar Biccoca in Milan (2021) and the 53rd and 55th Venice Biennales (2013 and 2019). CLEAN MY CALANQUES An association dedicated to cleaning up and preserving Marseille’s calanques Clean – Raise awareness – Share Clean My Calanques is a Marseille-based association created in 2017, which campaigns for the preservation of the environment and aims to raise awareness of environmental issues among the general population.
