A cased field-grey kepi of a Major General as of 1915 Field-grey cloth, emblem embroidered in grey on red cloth. All-round general's embroidery on red cloth with a rank braid. Visor and strap painted black. Blackened buttons with antique trophies. Brown leather sweatband (crack on the side), greenish silk lining with golden maker's inscription "Unione Militare". Oval hat box with "Unione Militare" imprinted on the lid, label with unrecognizable owner's name on the front. Cap and box with signs of wear. Very rare. Condition: II -
