Above a stepped, cranked round base with a surrounding palmette and pearl frieze, a fully sculpted depiction of a putto supporting a round clock case. Sculptural crown of rose petals and bow motif. Glazed enamel dial, marked Passement Hger.du Roy à Paris. Balance movement with half-hour strike on bell, h. 47 cm. A French gilt and patinated bronze Belle Epoque clock. Strikes half hour on a bell.
