Figurative seal in the style of Karl Fabergé. Agate and gold. Above an oval base and a strongly indented, short shaft, the fully sculpted and very detailed sculpture of a dog's head made of cut, beige and red banded agate with small set garnet cabochons as eyes. The collar with a large gold buckle. On the underside of the stand a crowned, two-part escutcheon depicting an arm with a sabre above three fir trees. Marked 56, hallmark, unknown master's mark "O(?)P". H. 8 cm. A Russian agate and gold stamp in the shape of a dogs head in the style of Karl Fabergé. Standard mark 56, assay mark and master's mark "O(?)P". Russia. St. Petersburg. Around 1900.
