"Calvary," bronze and ebonized wood clock, Germany, 17th century 51x20x17 cm Hexagonal pedestal supported by spinning top feet, with mirrors protected by glass and visible mechanism; on the top of the cross a rotating globe allows the movement of the hands; at the base of the cross sculptural figures of the Virgin and Saint John the Baptist; crossed bones between them placed on the top of the small white enamel dial with time indication in Roman and Arabic numerals for the minutes. Mechanism signed "Mario Allodi a Parma" with chime at half hours when passing from a later period; mechanism with cylinder escapement.
