On the front, in a four-pass gold vine reserve, the Canaletto veduta of Dresden with figural staffage. View across the Elbe to the Augustus Bridge and Brühl's Terrace as well as the dome of the Frauenkirche and the towers of the Residenzschloss. Fine polychrome painting. Rich gold decoration of foliage and rosettes with gold lace border. Bottom with city inscription; saucer of different date. Gold minimally worn; sword mark. H. 8 cm. Cup d. 12 cm.
