Large artist's ceramic vase by André Brasilier with riders in a landscape
Ceramic (earthenware), light, cream-colored body. High-oval jug shape on a foot, strongly flattened on both sides, with a small handle and narrowed mouth. Circumferential decoration, finely decorated in relief and painted in black, green and blue, colorless glaze. Marked "Sassi-Milici Vallauris Empreinte Originale A. Brasilier" with impressed signature "Andre Brasilier" in an applied rectangular piece of clay. Numbered 14/25. H. 52.5 cm.
