Literature In his article "hat der König von Preußen die schleunige Verferttigung verschiedener Bestellungen ernstlich begehret" - Friedrich der Große und das Meißener Porzellan (Keramos 208 / 2010, p. 50), Wittwer mentions a "Taffel-Service mit erhabenen Bluhmen Crodesko Schildern, in selbe Indianische Vögel, Bluhmen und Früchte, golden Rand gemahlt.", which Frederick II ordered in Meissen at the beginning of 1760. There are various archival documents relating to the service in Dresden, Meissen and Berlin, the most interesting of which would be Geh. StA Berlin SPK, I HA Geheimer Rat, Rep. 36, No. 1928, fol. 8r-31v, "Specifikation, derer von der Fabrique zu Meissen für Se. Mayth. the King", consisting of 79 boxes from no. 1 to 79. Box no. 1 contained the first large lot for the service, which was followed by numerous subsequent deliveries.
