Crowned king seated frontally on Gothic throne, holding long fleurdelisé scepter and hand of justice. Polylobe cantoned with shamrocks around the rim. R/. ✠ XP'C: VInCIT: XP'C: REGHAT: XP'C: IMPERAT, (N uncial to VINCIT and N retrograde to REGNAT, punctuated by two superimposed annuli). Cross with curved, four-lobed, foliate and fleur-de-lys arms.
