Polylobe cantoned with shamrocks around the rim. R/. ✠ XP'C: VInCIT: XP'C: REGNAT: XP'C: IMPERAT, (N uncial to VINCIT and N retrograde to REGNAT, punctuated by two superimposed annuli). Cross with curved four-lobed arms, foliate and fleur-de-lys. Quadrilobed trefoil cantoned with four coronets.
