In-8, original French edition published at the same time as the Latin edition. An interesting treatise on cosmetology, describing a number of remedies for beautifying the female body. The author, a medical doctor and son-in-law of Charles Estienne, drew inspiration for his work from Giovanni Marinelli's Ornamenti delle donne, published in 1562.
