Limited edition of 153 numbered copies, all signed in blue pencil by Félia Léal, Marc Chagall and Jean Paulhan; one of 112 nominative copies on Arches wove paper (n°88 for Monsieur Robert Israël).
A very fine copy of this magnificent work in which Jean Paulhan, former director of the NRF, recalls his childhood and school days, illustrated with magnificent color etchings by Chagall (a very rare occurrence).
