A cane-bottomed convenience chair in molded and carved beechwood. The violin-shaped back features a leather-upholstered armrest edged with curved brass nails. The flip-up seat reveals a metal basin. The curved belt, decorated with flowers and scrolls, rests on cambered legs.
Stamped: P. BONNEMAIN (on the right rear leg). Pierre Bonnemain (1723-1800) cited Master on July 23.
Paris. Louis XV period.
