Wood, carved and polychrome painted, partially gilded. Ebonized cross over a base with a skull, Christ hanging from it with a crown of thorns in the three-nail type (carved three-quarters round). At the foot of the cross: Mary, the favorite disciple John and Mary Magdalene (carved in half-round), each nimbed. (Missing, cracks, Mary loose). Probably 18th/19th century. H. 50 cm.
