Made exclusively for Seltaeb, copyright 1964, and distributed by Nems Enterprises Ltd. The Beatles first sat for Volpe at New York's Waldorf Astoria. These four stunning vintage rolled portraits have only the most minor handling wear and are presented immaculately. Founded in Liverpool in 1960, The Beatles - aka "the Fab Four," comprising John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr - became an unprecedented pop-music phenomenon. They are justifiably regarded as the greatest-ever pop band and remain the best-selling music artists of all time. This lot will be auctioned on Friday, April 19th.
