THE BATWOMAN Mexican One Sheet (27.5" x 37") Fine on Linen Cinemagraphica Calderon, 1968 Though linen-backed, there is a slight paper loss above the title and chipping on the lower edge. There is also some cracking on the lower half of the poster. None of these issues have been corrected. The Batwoman (La Mujer Murcielago) is a 1968 Spanish-language film directed by Rene Cardona starring Maura Monti, Roberto Canedo, and Hector Godoy. The plot involves Batwoman, a crime-fighting wrestler, investigating a mad scientist who's murdering wrestlers and using their spinal fluid to create "Gill Men" to control the world's oceans. This lot will be auctioned on Friday, April 19th.
