Weaving courses from the Ecole supérieure de commerce de Lyon, circa 1920-1930, a first manuscript volume devoted to natural and artificial fibers and loom assembly, followed by descriptions of 91 plain and faux plain weaves illustrated with samples. The second volume includes a printed theoretical section on Jacquard Mechanics and Verdol Mechanics, sketching and charting, and descriptive analyses of 98 woven fabrics with samples.
