The menagère is composed as follows and respects the composition per tray: 18 table forks 2 salad servers 18 small spoons 36 table knives, signed metal blades 16 table forks 18 table spoons 1 hors d'oeuvres or candy set, which should be composed of 4 pieces (one piece missing) 18 pieces of fish cutlery 1 fish scoop 2 foie gras or terrine scoops 18 dessert sets 9 cake forks 8 ice-cream scoops 1 sugar tongs 18 dessert knives, silver blades 18 cheese knives, signed metal blades 2 serving utensils 2 cake knives, signed metal blades Also included, from the same housewife, various loose silver pieces: 1 cream ladle, 2 sauce spoons, 18 gilt silver coffee spoons, a small fork and 3 cake forks.
