Black-figure lekythos whose body is decorated with a scene depicting a galloping bige preceded by a hoplite in the attitude of running in the presence of Athena. The upper part has a white background. Black glazed clay. Slight wear. Attic Greek art circa 490 B.C. Attributed to the painter of Haimon.
