[PAPAL BULLE, Innocent VIII] Deed in Latin,; parchment, Rome July 18, 1491. Bull of Pope Innocent VIII with his lead seal, granting the marquis Don Diégo Lopez Pacheto (1456-1529) the curatorship of Don Alfonso Tellez, his younger brother. Lettering richly decorated with plant motifs in black and white, gift lettering on the first line. The deed bears various old archival marks and is preserved in a bifolium on 18th-century paper bearing a summary in Spanish. Excellent condition; dim: 521 x 309 mn.
