ROLEX Submariner - BIG CROWN - Reference 5510. Serial number 362XXX. Cal. 1530 self-winding. Steel case with 40 mm diameter. Large ORIGINAL crown. Black dial with tritiated baton hour markers. Hours, minutes and seconds at center. Original riveted link "BIG LOGO" bracelet with "80" finials. Plexiglas glass. Year 1959. This timepiece, is referred to by collectors as JAMES BOND (Actor Sean Connery, as Agent 007, in fact wore this very model in the 1962 film "License To Kill"). Extremely rare watch sold with complete set of the time consisting of: original box, original warranty (Italian dealer), Rolex anchor, tags and booklets. Note also the dial, still original of the time with signs of time that make the item extremely rare and beautiful. Exceptional collector's item. At the time of cataloging the watch appears to be working but the movement has not been tested for time accuracy.
