Robert Combas (1957) Face, 1995 Original offset lithograph on glossy paper. Hand-signed in the lower margin. Numbered 12/100, from the deluxe edition. Dimensions: +Sheet size: 65 x 48 cm / 25.5 x 18.8 in. +Image size: 40 x 20 cm / 15.7 x 7.8 in. Condition : In very good condition, with a few handling creases at the edges. The image is otherwise very clean, with bright, vivid colors. Please note that the last photo is only a simulation, the work is NOT framed. From the 1995 "Lindencorso Kunstprojekt" portfolio, which included 17 original offset lithographs. Lindencorso" refers to the new Franco-German shopping and cultural center of the same name in Berlin. On the initiative of Cologne artist Stefan Szczesny, 9 French and 9 German artists designed a collection of banners. Each of them temporarily adorned the facades of the scaffolded buildings during the construction of the center. Once the Lindercorso has been reached, the works of art are exhibited or offered for sale. The trial proofs designed for the projects were all printed in offset lithography and collected in a portfolio, "Lindencorso Kunstprojekt". A deluxe edition of this art book was printed in 100 copies, with each work signed and numbered by hand. Please note that we only sell this plate, NOT the complete portfolio.
