In-8, orange morocco, border composed of a black listel pierced from distance, in the center a large mosaic decoration of various colors mixing palms, antique harp and flabellum, spine decorated in the same way with a gilded trophy of arms in the center, inner border delimited by two gilded bold fillets, mosaic fleuron at the corners, colored silk lining and endpapers, cover and spine (Ch. Meunier, 1901). 65 compositions by Paul-Albert Laurens, including 7 hors-texte, engraved with etching and burin by Léon Boisson.
Edition of 300 copies, this one of 45 on Arches vellum containing two suites of the text illustrations and three of the hors-texte, one of which on chine, prospectus enclosed.
