Etching and drypoint, aquatint in colors, printed "à la poupée" on laid paper, with studied tones of blue, green and beige. A very fine proof of the final state, with the blue stamp of M. Cassatt's monogram in the lower center (Lugt 604), and the pencil inscription "printed by the artist and Mr. Leroy" (25 proofs), signed (Van Der Ley watermark).
Slightly yellowed and faded, pitting, foxing and oxidation, light surface rubbing, good margins, irregular edges.
