Gilt bronze and nickel-plated travel clock with quarter-repeating strike and alarm function.
Case: rectangular, glazed on four sides, stylized carrying handle, one push-button for striking on demand
Dial: white enamel with Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals for the minutes, railroad minute track, auxiliary dial for setting the time of the alarm function, signed
Movement: mechanical with key winding, anchor escapement, spiral balance, advance / delay adjustment, gong striking, triggered by a pendant pusher, numbered

Provenance: we would like to thank the Breguet company and its archives for providing us with the following information: 2852 travel clock with striking, repeater and alarm, gilt bronze and nickel-plated case, enamel dial, height 135 mm, movement n. 775, sold on May 17, 1878 to Mr. Schulz for the net price of 356.25 francs.
