First edition. 1/1000 numbered copies on satin-finish vellum (no. 352), the only large paper after 10 on green paper (copies on Japon and Hollande were printed later). First issue with the correct "achevé d'imprimer" (Imprimerie Chaix , Nº 15 822-9-13 for the text, and 15 824-10-13 for the cover), as well as the mention of the price on the spine. First and only novel by the author, who died for France in September 1914 at the age of 27.
