AURICOSTE DE LAZARQUE (E.) - Cuisine messine. Nancy, Sidot Frères, 1892; in-8, 345 pp, bound in red half calf, smooth spine decorated, cover preserved. This is the second revised and corrected edition. The first appeared in 1890. Famous Messinian cookery book, albeit folkloric, by the no less famous Auricoste de Lazarque. President of the Metz Academy and mayor of Retonfey, the author never opted for France. The Germans wanted to copy this work, and published "Die Metzer Kochbuch". This work never achieved the success it was hoped for. Sent by the author. Consultant: Monsieur Philippe HENRY
