Early 3rd Republic 10th Battalion foot hunter mannequin, consisting of an 1873-type kepi in blue cloth with daffodil cord and number (cord wear), an 1897 model tunic in dark blue cloth with collar decorated with daffodil numbered tabs (reconstituted) with epaulets, straight pants with daffodil piping (post 45), a hunter's belt with buckle, a blackened canvas haversack, a model 1867 canister, a Chassepot bayonet with gusset, a musette bag, a pair of canvas gaiters with brodequins. Sold with the support mannequin, which is missing a hand. The original head, which is not shown in the photo, will be present with this lot. ABE (wear, a few moth holes)
