ESPINELLE (Ad. d'). Le Parnasse des plus excellens poetes de ce temps. A Paris, chez Mathieu Guillemot, 1618, in-12, speckled fawn calf, ribbed spine decorated with small irons, gilded fillets framing the covers, gilded edges (18th century binding).
Engraved frontispiece title.
Very fine collection printed in italics.
Small tear to upper headband, some brown spots and browned sections, small holes to a few leaves and paper loss to corner of 2 leaves, but no damage to text.
The table indicates Second volume, but this edition is complete in one volume. The 1607 edition is in two volumes (Brunet, 4, 383).
