High-back gendarme-cap armchair in carved oak decorated with shells and foliage.
The full backrest is fitted with armrests and console supports. The front flared and arched belt rests on cambered legs finished with acanthus scrolls.
Covered in polychrome tapestry with animal and floral decor, edged with curved nails.
Paris. Regency period, circa 1720.
