MOUSTIERS, early 18th century
Large round earthenware dish decorated in blue monochrome in the center with an episcopal coat of arms azure semis of fleur-de-lis or with a silver bar in an oval shield surmounted by a crown and flanked by a crozier and a miter. The wing is decorated with foliage and foliage scrolls. Small chips and two original suspension holes.

The coat of arms is that of Ennemond Allemand de Montmartin, bishop of Grenoble in 1707.
