Lucien Guitry, father of Sacha Guitry, was a major figure on the Parisian stage and in society in the late
the late 19th and early 20th centuries. He was a friend of Feydeau, Octave Mirbeau, Tristan Bernard and Georges Courteline,
Alphonse Allais and Jules Renaud, he played some of the greatest roles in Parisian Boulevard theaters.
