Silver tulip-shaped tumbler, the pedestal molded with ovals and scrolls, chased on two registers divided by two rows of double fillets of floral and shell motifs on amatized grounds. Engraved I.F on the edge of the pedestal.
Unreadable hallmarks, discharged parrot's head at the edge.
