Important silver (min. 800) patinated or gilt half-savonnette watch with complications and chimes. White enameled dial, signed, hour markers with Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals and dashes for the minutes, in black, and with three dials and aperture (seconds, moon phase, day of the week and month). Hand-wound mechanical movement, striking the hours and quarters on demand. Signed "Gve Sandoz". Silver dust cover (800) signed "Gustave Sandoz, Horloger de la Marine, Rue Royale 146-147- 148, Paris" and numbered "9444". Porthole cover, with black-painted indexes of Roman numerals for the hours and chemin de fer for the minutes, numbered "7290". Plain back cover, numbered "7290". Crab or Chimera hallmarks. Gross weight: 163 g. - Diameter: 55 mm. Wear and accidents to the dial (cracks, chips and small flakes), missing glass; wear and scratches; oxidation.
