Set of seven dummy bottles including 2 mathusalems (6 liters) and 4 jéroboams (3 liters). The mathusalem obviously takes its name from the famous patriarch who is said in Genesis to have reached the age of 969. He was the grandfather of Noah, the man who survived the Flood and who deserves to have a bottle named after him, since he is credited with planting the first vines. In the photo, Pommery and Mumm. The Jeroboam owes its name to two kings of Israel, the first of whom is considered to be the founder of the kingdom. Bruno Paillard, Piper-Heidsieck, Lanson, Moet-Chandon and Cuvée Louise 1990 are shown here in Jeroboam.
