* Sardinian heavy cavalry saber model 1774, iron guard with strong plate and three "N" branches, with a poucier, oval cap with short tail, leather-covered fusée, filigree; straight, flat blade, point in the extension of the back, engraved in thirds, on one face: "VIVE LE ROY DE SARDAIGNE" between scrolls and, on the other, the crowned eagle of Sardinia, also between scrolls, length 89 cm; leather-covered wooden scabbard with three iron fittings and splints; overall length 109 cm. (The wood and leather of the scabbard are later, they have dried and the blade does not fully fit).
