To take this photo, I had to find specimens that would accept my presence. After observing the boat for a while, a small, reckless group stayed close to the stationary boat. This gave me the opportunity to slip into the water in the hope that their curiosity would encourage them to come closer. After several minutes of waiting, the small group appeared in the viewfinder of my camera to make a reconnaissance pass just beneath my flippers.
